If you are on version 3.1.17 or newer, you can reactivate your account from the Sign Up/Log In page of the app. To re-activate at any point, tap Log In, enter your credentials and select ‘Re-activate Account’.
If you are on version 3.1.16 or older, please send an email to email@example.com with the following:
-Email Subject: Reactivate Account
-The name used for your Pattern
-Your date of birth
-The phone number or email address associated with the Account.
