Within the app Settings menu, tap Download Data and follow the prompts on the screen. If you have not logged into The Pattern with an email address, you will be required to enter one, along with a password. This email address will be used to send your personal data files, so be sure to enter the address correctly and be able to access the account to verify it. If you previously signed in with a mobile phone number, you will also be sent a verification code in order to proceed with this process.
Once the verification steps have been completed, you will see the final screen to "Request your data" from The Pattern. Be sure to check your email for the file and remember that it may take up to three business days to receive the email (but likely it will be a lot faster than that!). Should you fail to receive the file, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you further. You may request your data every 30 days if you wish!
