In order to promote a safe place for sharing personal stories and experiences, Our Community Guidelines prohibit Users from posting or sharing content that supports or encourages self-harm or suicide.
If a User of the Service has concerns about any content posted in the app, we encourage them to do the following:
1. Report the User posting such material to crisis@thepattern.com; or
2. Direct the User posting such material to The Pattern’s Helpful Resources FAQ located in the Support tab on our website and inside the app itself.
The Pattern is committed to protect the safety and well-being of our Users. If you or anyone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts, abuse, domestic violence, or sexual assault, please know there are free resources available 24/7.
